Golf Gummies Affiliate Program Terms of Use

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Golf Gummies Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Our program is designed to promote Golf Gummies’ products while rewarding our affiliates for their valuable contributions.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Golf Gummies Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Eligibility
Participants must have a platform to promote our products (e.g., blog, social media) and must complete the sign-up process. Approval is at our discretion, ensuring that your platform aligns with our brand and values.

4. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates are expected to promote Golf Gummies products in a manner consistent with positive branding and messaging. This includes using approved marketing materials and adhering to guidelines for representing our products accurately and ethically.

5. Commission Structure
Commissions start at 10% for the first 40 sales, increasing up to 30% based on performance metrics such as sales volume and customer retention. Commissions are calculated on net sales (excluding returns and cancellations).

6. Payment
Commissions are paid monthly. Affiliates must provide valid payment information and are responsible for any taxes associated with commission earnings.

7. Tracking and Reporting
Golf Gummies uses an affiliate tracking system. Affiliates have access to a dashboard for tracking sales and earnings. We are not responsible for any tracking or reporting errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials provided by Golf Gummies, including logos, images, and promotional content, are our intellectual property and must be used as provided without alteration.

9. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices, including spamming, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Termination
Either party can terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid in the next payment cycle, provided there are no breaches of these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability
Golf Gummies will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages related to the affiliate program.

12. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Gummies and its employees from any claims or liabilities arising from their promotional activities.

13. Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
